  • Is KM a fleeting trend?
  • What motivates large organizations to adopt KM?
  • How do they implement KM?
  • What technologies do they use to support KM?
  • What is the average lifespan of an organization-wide KM initiative?
  • What are the differences between organizations that successfully implement KM and those that do not?

In addition to leveraging case studies and academic scholarship on this issue, we invite conversations with KM practitioners, consultants, managers, executives and anyone who would like to share experiences, research, links and findings. Please join the conversation!
